Principal Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Design, manage, and continuously enhance the monthly agent release program.

• Establish and maintain the platform readiness standards.

• Promote coherence in go-to-market strategies across various Lines of Business (LOBs).

• Measure launch success and develop meaningful reporting.

• Exercise sound judgment in situations of uncertainty.

• Create operational rhythms, governance frameworks, and mechanisms for cross-functional alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in technical program management, directly collaborating with software engineering teams.

• Proven history of managing cross-functional programs from inception to launch, effectively balancing competing priorities.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to engage effectively with engineers regarding architecture, dependencies, and risks.

• Demonstrated capability to develop repeatable operational models.

• Experience in managing dependencies across organizations and aligning teams that are not directly under your control.

• Excellent written communication skills; able to convey complex program statuses and risks into clear narratives for senior leadership.
