This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle from initial concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Convert business priorities into precise technical requirements, user stories, and delivery schedules.
• Drive the development of the roadmap in alignment with strategic goals, modernization initiatives, and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design scalable architectures, integrations, and APIs.
• Lead product development initiatives that combine software with physical hardware components, including self-service solutions.
• Manage and standardize product and operational documentation across various state jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with specific state requirements.
• Translate diverse state regulations and workflows into scalable product requirements and repeatable processes.
• Assist in the delivery of complex, multi-state programs within regulated environments.
• Serve as the bridge connecting product, engineering, operations, and external partners.
• Contribute to the vendor strategy, encompassing evaluation, onboarding, and performance management.
• Lead the prioritization of features, enhancements, and defects to optimize revenue, retention, and operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement opportunities to minimize technical debt and enhance system performance.
• Establish success metrics and leverage data to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management or technical program management.
• Strong technical proficiency, including knowledge of APIs, system architecture, integrations, and SaaS platforms.
• Experience working in multi-state or highly regulated settings that necessitate detailed documentation and compliance adherence.
• Proven track record of creating, managing, and scaling documentation that supports product delivery, operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience with hardware-integrated products, preferably in self-service kiosk environments.
• Proficient in translating business needs into solutions that encompass both software and physical systems.
• Experience in building or managing products within a multi-tenant environment, with a grasp of tenant configuration, data separation, and scalable architecture.
• Background in government, fintech, automotive, or other similarly regulated industries.
• Direct experience managing state-by-state product variations within a unified, multi-tenant platform.
• Hands-on experience with self-service kiosk platforms, unattended systems, or hardware ecosystems.
• Expertise in creating scalable documentation frameworks or playbooks across jurisdictions.
