This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and take ownership of the MomentiveIQ platform integrations roadmap.
• Collaborate with architecture teams on technical standards, APIs, and contracts that govern product connectivity.
• Inventory and evaluate point-to-point integrations and establish migration strategies to MomentiveIQ-native integrations.
• Work alongside product teams to comprehend customer needs, identify common patterns, and merge duplicated efforts into platform capabilities.
• Ensure that portfolio data is managed through a unified data model.
• Oversee the third-party integration framework at the platform level.
• Partner with engineering and architecture to design integration patterns that are scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Utilize AI tools to prototype integration patterns, analyze usage data, and create technical specifications.
• Convert platform architecture into comprehensible narratives for leadership, product peers, and GTM teams.
• Monitor platform adoption, usage trends, and reliability, using data to inform investment decisions.
• Stay updated on AI platform patterns, foundational model capabilities, and best practices for integration.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management.
• At least 3 years dedicated to platform, infrastructure, or integration products.
• Proven experience in building or managing a shared platform that serves multiple product teams or business units.
• Familiarity with defining APIs, data contracts, and integration architectures at scale.
• Experience in managing platform migrations and phasing out legacy systems while ensuring continuity.
• Knowledge of third-party integration strategies, including partner APIs, marketplace connectors, and data synchronization frameworks.
• High technical fluency with architecture diagrams and API designs.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI-assisted development and prototyping tools.
• Experience in managing competing priorities across various product teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of driving platform or shared services adoption internally and externally.
• Capability to operate with significant autonomy and influence teams without direct control.
• Preferred background in SaaS, multi-product platforms, or enterprise software.
• Experience in the Association or Non-Profit sector is a significant advantage.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
