This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Deliver expert clinical and technical assistance to surgeons, nurses, and Operating Room personnel during intricate surgical procedures.
• Guarantee the safe, effective, and optimal utilization of Medtronic technologies in live case settings.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for technical and clinical troubleshooting prior to, during, and following procedures.
• Quickly and effectively address equipment and product-related issues to reduce interruptions in patient care.
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of product expertise across the relevant surgical portfolio, including device functionality, clinical evidence, and recommended settings.
• Assist customers in grasping best practices for product utilization and enhancing procedural efficiency.
• Identify obstacles to therapy adoption within hospitals and formulate strategies to facilitate successful implementation and broader clinical application.
• Analyze local market dynamics, account potential, and clinical trends to uncover untapped growth opportunities.
• Aid in the development of new accounts and contribute to establishing referral pathways within the territory.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to synchronize clinical activities with regional commercial goals and launch strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, in-service sessions, product demonstrations, and hands-on simulation training.
• A university degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medicine, Biology, or another pertinent clinical or technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with hands-on support in the Operating Room or the use of advanced surgical devices.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver technical and clinical support during live surgical procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities and the capacity to maintain composure, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach in high-pressure scenarios.
• Comprehensive understanding of surgical workflows, hospital environments, and the requirements of clinical stakeholders.
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and training abilities, with the skill to clarify complex clinical and technical subjects in a clear and engaging manner.
• Capability to link clinical support and educational initiatives to broader business goals, such as market growth and therapy adoption.
• Experience working collaboratively with sales, marketing, and clinical teams is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Polish and possess professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness and capability to travel frequently throughout Poland, with some international travel for training and development.
• A valid driving license is required.
