This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Act as an embedded talent partner for organizations in the growth stage
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting initiatives
• Enhance hiring processes and develop talent infrastructure
• Offer market insights, evaluate candidates, and provide hiring advice
• Handle multiple client engagements at the same time
• Bachelor's degree along with 8+ years of professional experience
• Minimum of 5+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or talent partnership positions
• Proven experience collaborating with executive leadership teams
• Background in leading full-cycle recruiting across various functions and levels of seniority
• Strong consultative skills and client-facing experience
• Operational mindset with a focus on process design
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
• Highly preferred: Experience in supporting SaaS and technology firms
