Principal Strategy Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Interact directly with C-level executives and technical leaders to showcase the value and competitive edge of Zscaler’s platform.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Worldwide Sales, and Engineering leadership on key enterprise opportunities.

• Create impactful technical positioning and ensure executive alignment throughout the sales process.

• Confirm architectural compatibility and demonstrate how the Zero Trust platform addresses complex challenges in enterprise security and network transformation.

• Design and conduct executive architectural workshops.

• Promote competitive differentiation and steer strategic opportunities toward successful technical closure.

• Work alongside Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to enhance go-to-market execution, service adoption, and pipeline efficiency.

• Convert field insights and customer needs into strategic initiatives in collaboration with Product and Engineering.

• Facilitate customer workshops, internal strategy discussions, and field enablement programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of AI/ML technologies with experience in leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions within your area of expertise.

• Over 10 years of experience in a solutions architect, engineer, or pre-sales role with a SASE/SSE vendor partner or a customer.

• Proven track record of developing, executing, and leading cross-departmental collaboration on large, intricate SaaS solutions and strategic initiatives.

• Comprehensive knowledge of SSE/SASE, security, networking, IaaS, SaaS, and AI technologies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively addressing both technical and executive audiences.

• Established experience in developing and refining strategies and tools for the technical sales process and methodology.

• Demonstrated capability to utilize AI technologies and workflows to enhance operational efficiency (preferred).

• Experience in public speaking at conferences, delivering both technical and non-technical presentations (preferred).
