This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Planning & Integration for Core Engineering & Platforms (CEP) and coordinate execution across various product teams.
• Collaborate with digital product teams to organize consumable backlogs across different domains and expedite essential outcomes.
• Work alongside Digital Product Managers to capture, refine, and incorporate customer feedback into CEP priorities.
• Enhance engagement processes to minimize repeated requests and fragmented input across initiatives.
• Align workforce planning and capability development with anticipated skill requirements, organizational capacity, and forecasted demand.
• Provide support for influencer stewardship and specialized onboarding bootcamps/spark zones for infrastructure.
• Ensure strategic vendor engagement aligns with enterprise priorities while maintaining clarity in expectations and value delivery.
• Develop strategic narratives and executive communications that encompass CEP strategy, progress, impact, OKRs, ORCC, technology execution reviews, and board-level materials.
• Build, nurture, and lead high-performing teams while establishing decision-making authority, accountability, operational cadence, future leadership, and succession pipelines.
• Guide large, multi-site teams through business transformations, system implementations, and organizational integrations.
• Execute additional related responsibilities as assigned and maintain consistent, predictable attendance.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in leading strategic initiatives within complex, technology-driven organizations.
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation sectors such as financial services, insurance, technology, consulting, or highly regulated environments.
• Capability to develop and implement enterprise technology strategies, translating complex business objectives into actionable plans.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of technology and product operating models.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver strategic value.
• Exceptional skill in synthesizing complex information into compelling narratives and executive communications.
• A track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing large organizations.
• Strong operational expertise with the ability to optimize processes and drive execution toward strategic outcomes.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and continuous improvement skills.
• Advanced business acumen and fluency in technology.
• Ability to negotiate, foster alignment, and achieve outcomes across various organizational levels.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-location teams through substantial changes.
• Successful completion of a background investigation.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• A dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions, equipped with an appropriate desk and seating.
• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
• Allstate typically does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this role.
• Annual base compensation ranging from $177,000.00 to $243,750.00.
