This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster and maintain reliable, long-term relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and CMOs.
• Engage with Departmental Heads and Service Line Leaders by navigating 1–2 levels below the C-suite.
• Employ a comprehensive understanding of healthcare economics to assess and prioritize use cases.
• Exhibit exceptional judgment in managing complex situations within $5B+ health systems.
• Propel significant account growth and enhance utilization throughout the enterprise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to transition opportunities from the discovery phase to technical implementation.
• Over 15 years of leadership experience in enterprise healthcare transformation, strategic sales, commercial leadership, or high-level management consulting.
• Outstanding Commercial & Clinical Fluency.
• Proven Track Record of Scale.
• Consistent Excellence in performance.
• Political & Strategic Maturity.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; advanced degrees such as an MBA or MHA are highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ for high-touch, on-site discovery and executive engagement.
• 20-40% travel required.
