This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee strategic governance and performance management processes to align Health Plan, divisional, and enterprise objectives.
• Facilitate strategic performance planning, business reviews, and governance forums aimed at executive decision-making, issue resolution, and accountability.
• Create and uphold performance frameworks, scorecards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
• Convert strategic priorities into actionable plans, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify performance risks, obstacles, and opportunities while facilitating cross-functional action planning.
• Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analyses of business performance, operational effectiveness, and strategic initiatives.
• Compile insights and craft executive communications, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership, executive committees, and board-level discussions.
• Establish and enhance governance processes, operating models, decision-rights frameworks, and role-clarity mechanisms.
• Coordinate efforts across business, finance, strategy, operations, and functional teams.
• Provide thought leadership in enterprise performance management, governance, organizational effectiveness, and strategy execution.
• Organize, monitor, and communicate progress across portfolios, initiatives, and strategic commitments.
• Mentor and coach team members in strategic planning, executive communication, performance management, governance, and business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree (where applicable).
• 8+ years of experience in a related field.
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 10+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Progressive experience in strategic planning, performance management, business operations, enterprise governance, consulting, healthcare strategy, or related disciplines.
• Experience in supporting executive leadership teams, governance forums, strategic planning processes, and enterprise performance management.
• Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven experience in developing scorecards, KPIs, business performance reviews, executive reporting, and strategic execution frameworks.
• Experience in the healthcare payer sector is preferred.
