⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree in Statistics, machine learning, or related fields.

• Expertise in Statistics/ML with a proven history of spearheading high-impact data science projects at the scale of billions of transactions.

• Practical experience in creating, training, and fine-tuning models, rather than solely integrating hosted model APIs.

• Capability to articulate data, objectives, failures, before/after evaluation metrics, and the rationale behind model performance.

• Experience managing production models, encompassing deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining within real latency constraints.

• Production experience with classical ML for fraud/anomaly detection, recommendation systems, or churn/LTV analysis.

• Understanding of supervised learning, transfer learning, and neural networks.

• Basic knowledge of LLM, including suitable and unsuitable use cases.

• Foundations in MLOps: feature stores, experiment tracking, model registries, and continuous training pipelines.

• Model serving and inference optimization skills, including vLLM-class serving and quantization.
