This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Administer, configure, maintain, and support E1 financial modules.
• Provide advanced functional support to finance users.
• Maintain essential system configurations.
• Develop reporting and data analysis solutions.
• Participate in ERP implementation and enhancement initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between Finance and Digital Technology.
• Generate financial and operational reports utilizing Hubble and/or SQL.
• Conduct detailed analyses on large data sets.
• Design, review, and assess audit reports for accuracy, completeness, and data-change controls.
• Maintain financial system modules, including chart of accounts, accounting instructions, address book records, program versions, reporting masters, UDCs, and related configuration areas.
• Develop, update, and disseminate departmental procedures, user guides, and documentation.
• Uphold policies and standard operating procedures.
• Assist corporate finance leadership and staff with financial systems issues, enhancements, and project activities.
• Support finance users with system functionality, reporting requirements, and troubleshooting data integrity or transaction issues.
• Collaborate with IT as necessary.
• Analyze and implement user and facility requests for system configuration or functionality adjustments.
• Coordinate communication among departments and organizational levels to gather information, secure approvals, and facilitate financial systems decision-making.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in supporting ERP systems and managing large data sets.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or possess qualifying immigration status.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Functional knowledge of JDE E1 Financial Modules or other ERP systems.
• Experience in report creation.
• Understanding of relational databases and data structures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
• Experience in participating in ERP implementations, upgrades, or system migrations.
• Knowledge of financial business processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and/or Fixed Assets.
• No security clearance is required.
