This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Executes responsibilities associated with comprehensive Customer Service.
• Acts as the customer liaison regarding product status and delivery updates.
• Keeps detailed records of customer interactions and documentation to ensure accurate traceability.
• Records customer needs and concerns to uncover trends.
• Serves as the primary contact between the customer and all supporting functions.
• Handles Order Administration tasks utilizing SAP, including Data Entry, editing and submitting service estimates, and creating Delivery/Shipment records.
• Collaborates in a team setting while also possessing the ability to manage tasks independently after training is completed.
• Generally requires a University Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Current or prior experience performing Data Entry to input and retrieve data.
• Current or previous background in a customer-facing position.
