This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs), collaborating closely with various teams to ensure they meet client expectations and align with business goals.
• Propel revenue enhancement within the professional services division by pinpointing new opportunities and refining service offerings.
• Partner with SHI Stakeholder teams to develop complementary service solutions.
• Work alongside SHI sales teams to ensure a cohesive strategy for service delivery and client interaction.
• Contribute to the growth of practices by recognizing potential areas for expansion and spearheading innovation efforts.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Exhibit profound expertise in Service Delivery and provide strategic insight to clients.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering.
• More than 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Significant experience working on large-scale IT projects focused on design, deployment, and configuration.
• Proficient in overseeing and guiding projects to successful completion.
• Capability to systematically identify, document, and manage the technical requirements and specifications of a project.
• Ability to define, design, construct, and sustain robust systems and solutions.
• Proficiency in writing, debugging, and maintaining code in various scripting and programming languages for task automation and software solution development.
• Understanding of and ability to manage various infrastructure components (firewalls, load balancers, hypervisors, storage, monitoring, security) and utilize orchestration tools to create comprehensive technical solutions.
• Skilled in developing detailed Statements of Work (SOWs).
