• Oversee the formulation and implementation of customized assessment and service solutions, which encompass architecture design, technology enhancements, health evaluations, deployment strategies, and advisory services within our ServiceNow practice.
• Propel strategic customer interactions, facilitate visioning sessions, and align technological solutions with business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery leaders to establish go-to-market strategies, outline engagements, conduct demonstrations, create Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM’s), Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure successful deal closure and transition to Delivery.
• Act as a recognized authority in ServiceNow and provide mentorship to fellow architects and sales professionals.
• Uphold top-tier certifications and engage in continuous education across the strategic partner ecosystem.
• Actively engage in and present at industry events and conferences, positioning yourself as a leader in the digital transformation sector.
• Generate thought leadership content, whitepapers, and internal training materials to enhance intellectual property and market visibility.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales personnel, and technology partners to encourage long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
• Remain informed about market trends and regulatory changes across various sectors, advising clients on maintaining competitiveness and compliance.
• Proactively seek and capitalize on strategic opportunities to educate and empower clients and internal teams regarding emerging technologies and business obstacles.
• Bachelor’s degree along with over 10 years of experience in delivering, architecting, or selling complex technical solutions, including planning, development, implementation, and support.
• Alternatively, possess over 14 years of experience in delivering, architecting, or selling complex technical solutions, including planning, development, implementation, and support.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow and experience with DV Solutions and associated service offerings.
• Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex sales cycles within large enterprise settings.
• A demonstrated history of success in creating impactful, revenue-generating ServiceNow solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills to foster team development across both sales and technical positions.
• Thought leadership demonstrated through published content, public speaking engagements, or industry accolades.
• A Master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in developing go-to-market strategies or leading product/solution development within a professional services organization is a plus.
• Acknowledgment as an industry expert in one or more verticals (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing, retail) is a plus.
