Lead Software Engineer, ServiceNow Finance

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete ServiceNow implementation for CSM and Finance Enterprise Service Workflows.

• Create scalable and upgrade-safe solutions that adhere to ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.

• Lead technical design evaluations and governance of architecture.

• Enhance customer experience by utilizing modern UI and AI-driven workflows.

• Design smooth employee experiences through UI Builder and reusable components.

• Ensure data security, role-based access, and regulatory compliance.

• Develop Finance-specific workflows and integrate them with ERP and financial systems.

• Oversee development initiatives using UI Builder and Next Experience Service portal customizations to support existing applications.

• Direct integration strategies with CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance, and external systems.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, product owners, and enterprise architects.

• Influence roadmap planning, platform strategy, and prioritization choices.

• Foster a supportive and collaborative teamwork atmosphere across diverse teams.

• Assess interdependencies and apply critical/systemic thinking when addressing challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience.

• At least 6 years of practical experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

• Demonstrated success in leading complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

• Deep understanding of service management, business workflows, and enterprise systems.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
