📋 Description

• Spearhead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.

• Take ownership of the comprehensive ServiceNow architecture concerning Now Assist functionalities related to Platform, ITSM, and HRSD.

• Craft scalable and upgrade-safe solutions in accordance with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.

• Direct technical design evaluations and oversee architecture governance.

• Integrate ServiceNow with large language models and external AI services.

• Define and manage AI skill configurations and virtual agent workflows.

• Ensure adherence to data security, role-based access, and compliance regulations.

• Monitor the performance of AI features and optimize agentic workflows.

• Design Agentic AI workflows to facilitate autonomous or semi-autonomous task execution.

• Function as a trusted advisor to business leaders, product owners, and enterprise architects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of comprehensive IT experience.

• More than 6 years of practical experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

• Demonstrated history of leading complex, enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.

• Strong grasp of service management, business workflows, and enterprise systems.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
