• Take charge of the complete ServiceNow implementation within HRSD.

• Develop scalable and upgrade-safe solutions that adhere to ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.

• Direct technical design evaluations and architecture governance initiatives.

• Enhance customer experience through modern UI and AI-driven workflows.

• Architect and design ServiceNow integrations utilizing Integration Hub and custom APIs.

• Maintain data security, role-based access, and compliance standards.

• Champion the adoption of ServiceNow AI functionalities.

• Recognize opportunities where AI can significantly decrease manual tasks and enhance service outcomes.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, product owners, and enterprise architects.

• Influence roadmap planning, platform strategy, and prioritization processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of overall IT experience.

• More than 6 years of direct ServiceNow development and architecture experience.

• Demonstrated success in leading complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations in HRSD.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
