Principal Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Showcase the Arena application to clients, demonstrating functional expertise and providing practical guidance.

• Oversee numerous successful implementations of Arena, which includes project management, software configuration and installation, data migration, and training for customers.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data issues and process challenges to ensure efficient implementation.

• Evaluate and align customers’ business needs with implementation goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Operations, or a closely related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience in consulting and software solution implementation.

• Background in manufacturing, particularly in High Tech, Medical Device, or Consumer Packaged Goods sectors.

• Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• Knowledge of ECAD/MCAD/Product Data Management (PDM).

• Proficient in Engineering Change Management (ECM).

• Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS).

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (MS Access is a plus).

• Preference for candidates with experience in implementing SaaS software solutions.
