This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.

• Lead the architecture, technical design, and best practices in engineering.

• Create modern frontend applications utilizing React.js.

• Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Python.

• Promote the use of AI-assisted development to enhance engineering productivity.

• Mentor and support engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and career advancement.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to provide customer-centric solutions.

• Manage technical priorities, stakeholder expectations, and project timelines.

• Continuously enhance application performance, reliability, and scalability.

• 7–8 years of experience in software engineering, primarily focused on backend development.

• Currently employed at a product-based company.

• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is highly preferred.

• Strong practical experience in both frontend and backend development.

• Proficient in NodeJS, Typescript, and Python.

• Experience in designing and building scalable web applications.

• Solid understanding of system design, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

• Practical experience with AI-powered developer tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.

• Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate effectively across Product, Design, and Business teams.

• Strong sense of ownership, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills.

• Previous experience in a startup environment is preferred.
