This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• You will cultivate and assist in an extended sales process, articulating and showcasing our platform to various stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives during the pre-sales phase, contributing to closing deals by serving as GitGuardian’s technical representative and product authority.
• Offer support for Proof of Concepts (PoCs), conducting technical product demonstrations and addressing concerns, while also aiding in pipeline development through secrets analysis.
• Design and implement tailored workflows for prospective customers to illustrate the value of our product and its integration into their systems.
• After sales, respond to Tier 1 support inquiries from your existing Enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to develop all necessary technical materials for a clearer understanding of our solutions and the market's demands.
• Extensive experience (4-7+ years) as a technical Sales Engineer within a Cybersecurity, DevOps, or DevSecOps environment.
• Strong comprehension of the modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the distinctions between microservices and monolithic architecture, and an understanding of CI/CD.
• Proven experience navigating complex sales processes in large Enterprise settings.
• Well-honed project management abilities, as pre-sales and post-sales phases often require interaction with multiple stakeholders across various teams, both internally and externally.
• A customer-facing attitude with a sales-driven personality.
• Proficiency in Spanish (and/or Portuguese) is a plus!
