This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Drive business development and foster revenue growth.
• Design and implement Pearson’s B2B growth strategy.
• Increase revenue through white-label and platform licensing opportunities.
• Build and lead capabilities for emerging B2B and district teams.
• Develop and nurture partner relationships.
• Ensure revenue accountability and maintain forecasting discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, B2B sales, alliance management, or corporate development.
• Proven track record of generating multi-million-dollar recurring revenue streams.
• Experience in structuring OEM, licensing, white-label, embedded platform, or revenue-share agreements.
• Familiarity with the K–12 education, assessment, EdTech, or government procurement sectors.
• Experience in state or district RFP environments, either as a prime or subcontractor is preferred.
• Experience in leading or building teams within a growth-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
