This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Develop analytical strategies and solutions aimed at enhancing Medicare Risk Adjustment (RA) performance.
• Provide actionable insights and create dynamic visualizations.
• Offer strategic advisory services to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Examine revenue optimization, risk forecasts, HCC coding logic, RADV audits, Medicare segmentation, and data & logic governance.
• Create interactive visualizations and interpret updates from the CMS model.
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or the insurance industry, or a related field; OR a Master's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a PhD with 4 years of experience; OR 12 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or the insurance industry, or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
• Capability to design a dynamic and visually appealing dashboard using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in managing multiple analytical projects simultaneously.
