• In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and collaborate to effectively position our products, develop compelling value propositions and messaging, and boost awareness, demand, and adoption.
• This position serves as a senior individual contributor that leads through expertise, judgment, and influence rather than formal people management.
• The Principal Product Marketing Manager is a high-impact individual contributor focused on enhancing commercialization across key growth initiatives.
• You will be responsible for directing go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, market clarity, and sales readiness across essential solution areas and cross-vertical motions, with a particular emphasis on donor-related opportunities and the commercial elements that enhance pipeline and revenue performance.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end commercialization strategy and go-to-market planning for priority initiatives across key solution areas, including launch strategy, audience definition, value story, readiness, and GTM handoff.
• Define and refine Total Addressable Market (TAM), Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)/Jobs To Be Done (JTBD), segmentation, buyer, and use-case clarity for priority growth plays, collaborating with leadership, RevOps, and Product.
• Create distinct, audience-specific positioning and messaging frameworks tailored for faith-based buyers, including church administrators, parish business managers, diocesan leaders, and ministry staff.
• Ensure a messaging architecture that remains consistent across all channels while evolving with market dynamics.
• Monitor competitors, market changes, buyer behavior, and commercial trends within the faith-based software sector.
• Develop strategic sales narratives, core enablement materials, and messaging frameworks that empower Sales to capitalize on priority opportunities, in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including customer interviews and surveys, to create comprehensive personas and buyer journey maps.
• A minimum of 7 years of B2B product marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the SaaS sector.
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in owning go-to-market strategy and execution across multiple product lines.
• Exceptional positioning and storytelling abilities, with a background in distilling ideas from a diverse range of stakeholders into concise messages.
• Experience in translating complex or technical products into accessible narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with defining or refining TAM, ICP, segmentation, and buyer/use-case clarity to enhance go-to-market effectiveness.
• Demonstrated success in improving commercialization quality through effective positioning, messaging, readiness, and cross-functional influence.
• Experience in creating repeatable frameworks, templates, or operating standards that enhance product marketing consistency and execution.
• A strategic thinker with a strong focus on execution, with a proven record of leading and delivering results in high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent project management capabilities and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift rapidly.
• Comfortable engaging with and presenting to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with modern tech stack tools including Salesforce, Project Management Tools (such as Monday.com), SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Suite, and others.
