This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Take charge of the strategy and roadmap for the initial 90 days of the in-product seller experience, from trial to first sales.
• Lead the Seller Acquisition Product Team at Big Cartel.
• Manage the in-product journey for new sellers, encompassing trials, onboarding, shop discovery, and first orders.
• Collaborate across various functions including design, engineering, marketing, customer success, data, growth, and product marketing.
• Deliver, assess, and refine solutions promptly.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments and A/B tests aimed at enhancing conversion and activation rates.
• Partner with Growth Marketing on SEO, GEO, paid acquisition, social marketing, engagement triggers, and product-led growth strategies.
• Leverage data and direct customer feedback to inform product and cross-functional growth recommendations.
• Measure and clearly communicate impact in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and priorities.
• Report directly to the Co-CEO.
• Establish priorities and maintain accountability for seller and business outcomes.
• Candidates must be located in the United States; US-based only.
• Proven experience in managing growth, activation, onboarding, and monetization/conversion for a consumer or self-serve subscription product.
• Strategic and economic fluency in areas such as consumer channel acquisition, unit economics, conversion, activation, retention, CAC, LTV, and cohort analyses.
• Understanding of the dynamics between B2B and B2C products.
• Proficient in AI-native operations, including research synthesis, competitive analysis, modeling, reporting, and prototyping with AI.
• Strong commercial instincts that connect product decisions to measurable business results.
• A passion for e-commerce and a knack for simplifying complex products.
• Ability to prioritize and execute swiftly while balancing user experience, business objectives, and timelines.
• A robust analytical mindset and comfort in using data to inform decisions.
• Capability to navigate between strategic vision and detailed execution.
• Focus on high-leverage points and empower cross-functional teams effectively.
• Willingness to adopt and embody Big Cartel’s values while embracing its high-performance culture.
• Over 10 years of product management experience, preferably with significant time spent in growth, activation, or subscription conversion.
