Principal Product Manager – Mobile, UI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the mobile product vision, roadmap, and launch — converting strategy into a well-structured, deliverable plan that enhances the usage of PandaDoc.

• Lead the product direction for our design system, frontend framework, and unified navigation patterns.

• Foster alignment between mobile and shared foundations to ensure PandaDoc presents a cohesive experience across all platforms.

• Determine how these foundations evolve to support both human creators and the AI tools that increasingly assist them.

• Establish governance standards for how teams prototype and deploy on shared infrastructure as operational speed increases.

• Advocate for foundational investments — detailing their benefits and the potential issues without them.

• Collaborate with engineering leads on system design considerations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, with a minimum of 2 years at the Staff or Principal level.

• Proven track record of launching mobile products that have a measurable impact on user retention or engagement — this is central to the role.

• Experience in owning a platform or shared-systems product catering to internal clients — or a close partnership that allows you to step into such ownership.

• Strong technical understanding — capable of engaging credibly with engineers on system design, even without a technical background.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally without direct authority.

• Clear and direct communicator who can simplify complex ideas without sacrificing accuracy.

• Actively utilizes AI for building — including prototypes, workflow automation, and task-specific tools — beyond just text generation.
