📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and implementation for the technical assessment and interview-innovation platform.

• Establish the roadmap for AI-enhanced assessment and innovative interview capabilities.

• Assess emerging AI methodologies to enhance insights on candidates' technical skills.

• Influence Karat's viewpoint in the shifting landscape of technical assessments.

• Prioritize features according to customer requirements and business goals.

• Collaborate with engineering, content, and UX teams to deliver high-quality, technically sound solutions.

• Analyze assessment data to enhance precision.

• Design experiments for novel interview and assessment methodologies.

• Utilize a database of hundreds of thousands of candidate interviews to refine performance indicators.

• Monitor performance metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams on growth strategies.

• Develop business cases for new product offerings.

• Work alongside engineering, content, design, and go-to-market teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of product management experience in both B2B and B2C sectors.

• Ideally, previous experience as a software developer.

• Enjoy coding for leisure using modern, AI-assisted tools.

• Stay engaged with the evolving developer experience.

• Proven track record in defining, launching, selling, and scaling successful products with measurable business outcomes.

• Comfortable engaging with senior technical executives, including CTOs and VPs of Engineering, regarding software development fundamentals.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to varied audiences.

• Capability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

• History of delivering executive presentations that articulate business value and product strategy.

• Must reside in FL, IL, MA, MO, OR, TX, or WA.
