Principal Product Manager – Hiring Manager Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and execution for the hiring managers' experience within Karat's platform.

• Create experiences that support enterprise hiring teams from onboarding through to interview results and client-led assessments.

• Establish the roadmap for the product suite aimed at hiring managers.

• Discover opportunities for AI to enhance the clarity and actionability of results and insights.

• Influence Karat's strategy to directly serve enterprise hiring managers.

• Prioritize features based on customer demands and business goals.

• Collaborate with engineering, content, UX, and go-to-market teams to provide enterprise-ready solutions.

• Analyze usage and outcome data to enhance the hiring manager's experience.

• Design experiments related to onboarding, preferences, and results delivery.

• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams on strategies for expansion.

• Develop business cases for new product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product management within B2B and B2C sectors.

• Preferably have a background as a software developer.

• A genuine enthusiasm for and proven history of developing B2B SaaS applications.

• Comfortable conducting customer discovery calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

• Ability to convert enterprise feedback directly into product decisions.

• Proven experience in defining, launching, selling, and scaling successful products that have a measurable business impact.

• Confident in participating in client meetings with senior stakeholders at large enterprises, including technical hiring leaders.

• Exceptional communication skills; capable of simplifying complex concepts for a diverse range of stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.

• A history of delivering executive presentations that communicate business value and product strategy to secure executive support.

• Must reside in Bengaluru (formerly Bangalore), India.
