This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the product strategy and initiate the initial product offerings for a GenAI Appeals solution within Provider Revenue Cycle Management.
• Serve as the Single Threaded Owner responsible for the development and launch of a new product line within a 12-month timeframe.
• Establish and manage the Proof of Concept product strategy and present it to Beta customers.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for New Product Introductions.
• Foster understanding and collaboration among Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Implementation teams.
• Actively engage with customers, including regular onsite visits, to aid in product development, sales initiatives, and implementation processes.
• Promote the product through trade shows, webinars, and experiential marketing.
• Influence product direction by engaging senior business and technology leaders.
• Collaborate with Engineering to create scalable, repeatable, and value-adding products.
• Manage products comprehensively from discovery through scaling and optimization.
• Guide prioritization decisions by balancing customer value, growth potential, and technical risk.
• Conduct competitive analyses to inform differentiation and market positioning.
• Establish success metrics and leverage data to inform strategic choices.
• Align product functionalities with revenue potentials and customer outcomes.
• Generate documentation related to product, strategy, and customer-facing materials.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in 0-1 new product development within a healthcare technology organization.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management within the healthcare technology sector.
• Over 5 years of experience in Provider Revenue Cycle Management in a health system, outsourced RCM service, or RCM technology firm.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare technology, particularly Revenue Cycle Management.
• Familiarity with leading EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Meditech.
• Experience with HL7v2 version 2.7, FHIR R4, and ANSI x12 v5010.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams towards common goals.
• Solid understanding of technical and architectural principles.
• Skilled in producing high-quality product, strategy, and customer-facing documentation.
• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
