Principal Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create and implement the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven shopping experiences and digital marketing solutions.

• Spearhead AI projects that streamline intricate marketing workflows, minimizing manual tasks and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and clients to understand business processes, pinpoint challenges, and convert them into AI-driven product opportunities.

• Lead the design and development of AI-enabled products, intelligent workflows, and AI agents that automate complex business operations and boost operational efficiency.

• Transform vague business challenges into scalable AI product solutions.

• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and technical feasibility.

• Keep abreast of AI and retail technology trends to uncover opportunities for product innovation and workflow automation.

• Collect feedback from both internal and external stakeholders to identify challenges, opportunities, and enhancements for the platform.

• Establish KPIs and dashboards to evaluate success and inform future enhancements.

• Undertake other related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management or engineering, delivering highly technical products.

• Proven experience with subscription products, pricing, and/or a track record of improving user retention.

• Demonstrated experience in building products utilizing LLMs, AI agents, or intelligent workflow automation. Capability to identify operational processes and leverage AI technologies to automate decision-making, enhance efficiency, and decrease manual labor.

• Proven data-driven approach to problem-solving by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, using customer feedback and business insights to guide product decisions.

• Experience managing a portfolio of products and working across multiple engineering teams simultaneously.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• A balanced mix of analytical and creative thinking with a commitment to discovering and meeting the needs of clients and end users.

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, developer ecosystems, or enterprise-scale solutions.
