This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take ownership of a key product area such as Credit, Risk, Payments, Core Platform, or Partner Integrations.
• Create and refine a multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap that aligns with company goals, regulatory demands, and scalability challenges in Brazil.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for growth, efficiency, and risk mitigation through market insights, customer data, and competitive analysis.
• Oversee technical and product relationships with external partners from initial evaluation to launch and optimization.
• Lead the complete product discovery and delivery process, from problem identification and solution design to rollout and post-launch refinement.
• Generate product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Make prioritization decisions that balance customer value, risk, regulatory constraints, and business impact.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to guarantee consistent delivery, technical quality, and long-term platform sustainability.
• Establish success metrics and KPIs for the product domain.
• Leverage data, experiments, and customer feedback to enhance product performance.
• Work together with Data, Risk, and Analytics teams on measurement, monitoring, and feedback mechanisms.
• Serve as a strategic ally to Engineering, Risk, Data, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Commercial teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and influence decisions without formal authority.
• Convey product vision, trade-offs, risks, and progress to senior leadership and executives.
• Develop a deep understanding of Brazilian customer needs, behaviors, and challenges.
• Integrate Brazilian regulatory, operational, and cultural aspects into product design.
• Engage directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to validate assumptions and solutions.
• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management.
• Extensive experience in fintech, financial services, or financial infrastructure.
• Proven track record of managing complex, high-impact products in regulated settings.
• Strong background in collaborating with Engineering, Data, and Risk teams on technically advanced systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, make high-stakes decisions, and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
• Strong analytical, organized thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous, rapidly changing environments with incomplete information.
• Extensive experience in the Brazilian and/or broader LATAM fintech ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with credit products, underwriting, risk decisioning, fraud, or collections platforms is strongly preferred.
• Experience with B2B, platform, or API-driven products is strongly preferred.
• A history of influencing product strategy beyond the immediate team or domain is strongly preferred.
• Candidates located in Europe may be considered, with a preference for those in the Netherlands.
