Principal Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Contribute to high-growth products that blend generative AI with healthcare.

• Identify, articulate, implement, and launch innovative products and features.

• Enhance and refine current products for better performance.

• Guide engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinical professionals from the initial discovery phase to launch.

• Engage with users and buyers, ranging from frontline staff to C-suite executives, to uncover significant problems that need addressing.

• Draft requirements, remain engaged throughout the design and development phases, and oversee the backlog.

• Establish success metrics for releases, evaluate outcomes, and refine the product post-launch.

• Provide mentorship to fellow product managers and contribute to the development of product practices at Qventus.

• Cultivate relationships with customers and external experts to guide product strategy.

• Implement enhancements to PCC and showcase their impact on customer results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in managing enterprise products/solutions throughout the complete product lifecycle.

• Over 8 years of experience in product management, primarily with enterprise B2B or SaaS products.

• Proven track record of delivering products quickly, backed by measurable outcomes.

• Experience in setting strategy across multiple teams without direct authority.

• Practical experience in developing products that leverage data, analytics, and machine learning, including features based on generative AI or large language models.

• Excellent writing and presentation abilities.

• Self-assured when engaging with customers and senior executives.

• Flexibility to work on strategic initiatives one day and dive into details the next.

• Willingness to assist wherever the team requires support.

• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
