Principal Product Manager – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish the product vision and strategy in close partnership with the leadership team.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among various teams.

• Lead the development of AI-enabled products and explore innovative approaches to provide AI-driven customer value.

• Evaluate the commercial viability and market potential of new features by analyzing project outcomes and product metrics.

• Take charge of product discovery and solution development.

• Enable the team to create features based on validated customer insights, data-driven choices, and clear business objectives.

• Collaborate with teams in engineering, design, product management, founding, and go-to-market strategies.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality releases.

• Assess the impact on customer and business results.

• Continuously enhance KPIs and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in product management specifically for B2B SaaS products.

• Strong understanding of product discovery, delivery, and management processes.

• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, production, or relevant consulting in these sectors is a plus.

• Demonstrated expertise in customer discovery and design sprints.

• A keen interest in AI technologies.

• Initial practical experience with AI-based products or features.

• Commitment to continuous skill development in the AI domain.

• Strong strategic and operational mindset.

• Passionate about achieving organizational objectives.

• Exceptional and confident communication skills in both German and English.

• Experience in data analysis, defining metrics, and interpreting and measuring outcomes.

• Strategic mindset, hands-on approach, and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
