This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee and expand the DOS and Training products and services.
• Evaluate and analyze market conditions and competitive environments, ensuring that Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback is integrated into the product development process.
• Direct product strategies and roadmaps aimed at increasing WEC's market share.
• Spearhead the creation of product heatmaps and prioritize demand generation initiatives.
• Assist account, sales, and tendering teams in generating leads and identifying opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Units (BUs), account, and sales teams (including OPx teams) to create sales presentations and talking points.
• Supervise product lifecycle management and facilitate new product introduction (NPI) projects to achieve business objectives.
• Support the delivery of P&L to establish effective tendering processes and tools.
• Act as a consultant for the tendering team regarding technical clarifications, product pricing strategies, and WEC's value proposition for customers.
• Engage directly with customers to create demand, coordinating efforts with other teams.
• Collaborate across OPx organizations to ensure alignment and prioritize shared objectives.
• Aid in the preparation of Sales Pacing with OPx Regional Centers, Global Markets & BU Sales to report on operational excellence metrics, risks, and opportunities.
• Contribute to the software product development life cycle, focusing on development, maintenance, and innovation.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, information technology, or computer science.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience.
