This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Enhance your knowledge of the Twilio platform, its use cases, and buyer personas, while keeping abreast of trends in Customer Data Platforms, AI, and data engineering.
β’ Architect the Technical Win: Define, design, and create multi-product solution architectures along with persuasive presentations to achieve the Technical Win, collaborating with core sales, core SE, and Enterprise Strategist teams.
β’ Create innovative solutions encompassing customer data flows, AI decision-making, and comprehensive customer journey design.
β’ Provide education to cross-functional teams on product-specific insights, enablement strategies, and solutions/use cases (Sales, Presales, Marketing, Enablement, CS, Product, etc.).
β’ Guide sales and SE team members in value-selling techniques and intricate solution sales.
β’ Record recent patterns and technological developments with our clients and prospects to shape Product and R&D strategies through GTM interlock and Product Life Cycle processes.
β’ Promote Thought Leadership: Actively engage in the Specialist Org strategy and the multi-product GTM approach.
β’ Proven ability to lead complex solution sales cycles, including innovative solution scoping, design, and validation.
β’ Exceptional stakeholder collaboration and influencing capabilities.
β’ Over 6 years of progressive presales experience, particularly in complex solution architecture.
β’ More than 2 years of proven expertise in CDP and/or martech-related platforms, including data engineering, data modeling, and/or cloud data warehousing.
β’ Strong history of effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to drive deal strategy through creative and engaging storytelling.
β’ Experience in selling and designing solutions across various product areas within a CDP or Martech-related platform.
β’ Confidence in influencing and engaging with highly skilled and experienced audiences, including C-level executives.
