• 5-7 years of experience in Management Consulting, People Operations, or Business Transformation.

• Proven track record of leading large-scale HR transformations across various regions.

• Expertise in process redesign.

• Six Sigma or Lean certification is advantageous.

• Ability to advise C-suite stakeholders and lead teams with diplomacy.
