β’ Provide specialized guidance in the development and implementation of clinical trial strategies.
β’ Enhance clinical trial processes and work alongside key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
β’ Identify and propose plans that align with the commercial win strategy.
β’ Contribute to proposal deliverables and key operational communications.
β’ Develop solutions and plans for problem-solving within clinical operations.
β’ Create budgets that are operationally aligned and support profitability goals.
β’ Improve the efficiency of proposal management to reduce costs.
β’ Ensure the prompt delivery of the operational segment of proposal submissions.
β’ Communicate operational strategies to proposal teams and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
β’ Create effective and aligned clinical operations processes within a cross-functional matrix environment.
β’ Assist in operations escalation processes and provide guidance to commercial strategy teams.
β’ Recommend future plans and actions to enhance process and outcome success.
β’ Implement revisions post-award to ensure successful proposal execution.
β’ Capitalize on opportunities to meet targets while strengthening customer relations.
β’ A bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant formal academic or vocational qualifications.
β’ Prior experience totaling 8+ years or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of clinical project management, business organization, and relevant functional areas.
β’ Strong customer relationship management skills coupled with commercial insight.
β’ Proficient knowledge and skills in proposal development.
β’ Proven project management and planning abilities.
β’ Familiarity with sponsor/CRO business practices, operational and financial procedures, SOPs, GCPs, and FDA/ICH guidelines.
β’ Capacity to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
β’ Skills in influencing and negotiation.
β’ Excellent organizational, analytical, oral and written communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
β’ Ability to foster effective cross-functional relationships and collaborate efficiently in teams.
β’ Global and cultural awareness.
β’ Competence in accessing and utilizing both in-house and off-the-shelf software.
