Pharmacy Operations Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of a team of inbound phone technicians catering to specialty patients.

• Evaluate productivity and performance benchmarks.

• Organize and manage workflow and project assignments.

• Foster a supportive team atmosphere and share effective practices.

• Coordinate schedules with RMG, ASA, and the team workflow.

• Supervise and assist with intricate escalations.

• Contribute to the development of programs and enhancements for both internal and external customer service.

• Ensure both team and individual performance standards along with service metrics are achieved.

• Mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to employees regarding quality, accountability, attendance, and productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of PC operations is necessary.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, and email is required.

• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and WebEx are preferred.

• Exceptional oral, written, and telephone communication abilities.

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality is essential.

• Fundamental math skills related to dosing calculations and basic Excel operations are necessary.

• Proven leadership capabilities.

• Advanced problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.

• Capacity to adjust to a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.

• Proven ability to handle challenging conversations in a professional manner.

• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is required.
