This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Lead technical consulting efforts in both new and ongoing projects.
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with account management teams.
• Assist customers in understanding their requirements while providing insights for solution design.
• Present at both internal and external conferences as well as technology events.
• Establish and convey links between suggested technical solutions and the business needs of customers.
• Over 12 years of pertinent experience in networking.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field is mandatory.
• Exceptional practical skills and the capability to support intricate proof-of-concept tests involving new products and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Remarkable interpersonal skills, capable of working efficiently in virtual, multinational teams.
• Credible technical engagement with engineering teams from Enterprise and Service Providers.
• Willingness to travel to meet with customers, partners, and account teams (typically 20–30% of work time).
