This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge across the HPE Networking portfolio, encompassing Aruba and Juniper solutions.
• Design and position comprehensive solutions that include: Wireless (WiFi), Switching & Routing, SD-WAN, Network Security (firewalls, NAC, segmentation), Data Center networking, and Cloud-managed platforms (e.g., Aruba Central, Juniper Mist).
• Act as a subject matter expert and a reliable advisor for our channel partner technical teams.
• Empower partners through technical training sessions, workshops, and practical coaching.
• Assist partners in: Identifying and qualifying opportunities, Designing solutions and positioning competitively, Communicating business value and outcomes.
• Support and conduct: Product and solution presentations, Introduction of new technologies and standards, Training partners to execute impactful solution demonstrations, Competitive intelligence, Product roadmaps.
• Mentor partners in creating scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient solutions.
• Aid with: Bills of Materials (BOMs), Configurations and reference architectures, Performance and budget alignment.
• Offer technical assistance for: Product and solution inquiries, RFP response questions, SKUs and licensing, Demo equipment and lab environments, Technical escalations / TAC engagements.
• Enhance technical win rates and facilitate deal closures.
• Maintain expertise through certifications and advanced training.
• Over 7 years of experience in networking (engineering, architecture, or consulting).
• Preferred experience in pre-sales, systems design, or technical account support.
• Strong foundation in network design, deployment, and partner enablement.
• Proficiency in Aruba, Juniper, or both (certifications are advantageous).
• Solid understanding of network architecture and design principles.
• Practical experience across various solution areas: Wireless, switching, routing, Firewalls and network security, NAC and segmentation, SD-WAN, Data center networking, Cloud-managed networking platforms, AI automation.
• Capability to design and present end-to-end solutions that address customer challenges and highlight our competitive advantages.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Skill in translating technical concepts into business value.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
