This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Independently cultivate and expand your designated vertical throughout the United States.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of a detailed go-to-market strategy with the backing of the commercial leadership team.
• Take advantage of our efficient operational framework that enables you to dedicate 100% of your efforts to customer engagement and sales, supported by specialized estimating, project management, and service execution teams.
• Provide integrated product and service offerings that encourage ongoing lifecycle relationships with end users, integrators, and contractors.
• Enhance the visibility of Thomson Power Systems' brand within your vertical.
• Forge and sustain essential stakeholder relationships while broadening your direct customer base.
• Embody Regal Rexnord's values and conduct business in alignment with the company's vision, mission, initiatives, and policies.
• Over 5 years of proven outside sales experience within the Data Center vertical sector.
• A successful history of formulating and executing strategic sales initiatives that resulted in significant revenue and margin growth.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations (up to 50% travel time) within your designated region.
• A valid driver's license.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without necessitating company sponsorship for obtaining or maintaining U.S. work authorization.
• Experience in the Power Management industry.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
• Proven ability to be hands-on, resourceful, and results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
• A reputation among colleagues as ambitious, energetic, self-reliant, and highly motivated.
• Exceptional sales skills with strong closing capabilities.
• A customer-centric approach dedicated to ensuring customer success.
• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.
