This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead digital transformation projects for clients, serving as a strategic advisor on both technical and business aspects.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to enhance product innovation, pinpointing market opportunities and developing new solutions that drive revenue.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team, which includes engineers, analysts, and consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered solutions.
• Work alongside the product team to shape the development roadmap, ensuring the integration of client feedback and market trends into product innovations.
• Drive the discovery phase for clients, utilizing your expertise in financial services technology and digital transformation to create customized solutions.
• Present intricate technical concepts to C-level executives, positioning InvestCloud as the premier solution within the financial services sector.
• Meet and surpass sales targets by managing client relationships and cultivating growth opportunities through consultative selling.
• Offer internal thought leadership by sharing best practices and promoting excellence across teams, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Over 7 years of experience in technical consulting, with a strong emphasis on financial services and digital transformation.
• Proven expertise in client-facing positions, capable of establishing trust and credibility with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders, particularly C-Suite executives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and mentoring diverse teams.
• Established experience in collaborating with product and sales organizations to stimulate product development and revenue growth.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, InvestCloud’s PWP, Excel, and other standard industry tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the skill to translate complex technical solutions into tangible business value.
• A college or university degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Preferred Skills / Experience:
• A successful history of leading product innovation initiatives within a financial services firm or fintech environment.
• Capability to identify new business opportunities and spearhead initiatives that align product innovation with revenue generation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, employing a systematic approach to address client challenges.
• Experience working across various disciplines, including product development, finance, and digital advisory.
• Proficiency in consultative sales processes, with a proven track record of driving client acquisition and growth.
