đź“‹ Description

• Client Acquisition & Management: You will take charge of the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to contract execution, fostering new client acquisitions through a structured and repeatable sales process. You’ll lead discovery sessions, conduct tailored product demonstrations, and facilitate stakeholder discussions within complex buying committees. From the first meeting to final negotiation, you’ll oversee the complete deal lifecycle, establishing trusted relationships with key decision-makers and ensuring each solution aligns with organizational needs and is positioned for long-term success.

• Pipeline Generation: You will enhance the pipeline through a blend of outbound prospecting, ABM execution, and strategic outreach at the account level. You’ll cultivate relationships with key stakeholders at target health systems, identify new logo opportunities, and translate Force’s market presence into a steady stream of qualified pipeline.

• Sales Operational Excellence: You’ll advocate for and promote internal sales best practices, including Salesforce reporting. Your performance will be measured against OKRs, and you will learn to smoothly transition closed/won opportunities to the implementation/account management phase with our Client Success team.

• Sales Visibility & Forecast Accountability: You’ll maintain a transparent, data-driven perspective of your market by consistently monitoring pipeline health, creating new opportunities, and tracking deal progression against monthly and quarterly objectives. You’ll proactively communicate structured updates and insights with leadership, including performance trends, potential risks to goals, and real-time market feedback to ensure an accurate, up-to-date view of new logo performance.

• Feedback & Market Insights: You’ll play a crucial role in internal and external thought leadership, sales enablement, and overall messaging and positioning by delivering invaluable, data-driven market feedback across the GTM and Product organization based on prospect interactions, active prospecting, and market trends.

• Healthcare B2B Mastery: You have excelled in the digital health or healthcare B2B sector for at least 3 years, possessing a deep understanding of the complex challenges and strategies involved in selling to hospitals and large health systems. You utilize data to guide your decision-making and sales tactics.

• Skilled Communicator and Negotiator: Your written and verbal communication skills are exceptional, as demonstrated by previous projects or roles. Additionally, you bring outstanding negotiation skills when finalizing deals to secure the best possible value for our business.

• Executive Presence: You possess a natural charisma and can articulate Force’s value in a compelling manner to executives from top-tier hospitals and health systems.

• Ownership: You have taken ownership of challenges in the sales process and recognize when to engage organizational resources to help advance prospects when they encounter obstacles.

• Tech/AI Enabled: You have a proven history of utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance your ability to identify the right prospects and prepare for every conversation. You are experienced with AI tools in both your professional and personal life.
