Principal NetSuite Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.

📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert and a vital contributor to service transition and service delivery for the accounts assigned to the team.

• Ensure client satisfaction on the designated accounts by addressing requests within established SLAs, typically handling 3-6 projects or as required.

• Proactively assess workload and redistribute tasks as necessary.

• Conduct regular reviews of accounts to gauge client satisfaction, adherence to processes, backlogs, quality of services delivered, and identify opportunities for enhancement.

• Function as the primary lead/contact for assigned clients.

• Review contracts for any special terms while monitoring time spent, billing, renewals, and profitability.

• Lead and engage actively in initiatives aimed at enhancing the maturity and growth of Managed Services delivery.

• Provide training, mentorship, and act as a subject matter expert for the team in both technical and functional areas.

• Advise clients on standard functionalities and leading practices for software and industry standards.

• Act as the primary Technical Account Manager ("TAM") for key accounts.

• Assist in managing teams across various geographic locations.

• Design dashboards to monitor Key Performance Indicators to facilitate proactive changes in the customers' environments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, MBA, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 4 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, including configuration, implementation, consulting/administration, support, and escalations.

• NetSuite Certifications are strongly preferred, including ERP Consultant and Administrator.

• Proven experience and knowledge of best practices related to ERP systems.

• Familiarity with common application integrations through Celigo, Boomi, and FarApp (NetSuite Connector) for applications such as Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, Salesforce, Payroll systems, and others.

• Capability to effectively manage interactions with clients and team members, communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in managing a team of 5+ consultants working across multiple projects.
