Principal Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the outcomes of Onebrief's contributions to the NGC program, including schedules, milestones, risks, deliverables, and commitments to customers.

• Assemble a dedicated, matrixed, cross-functional team that is focused on achieving program success.

• Coordinate efforts between government stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, and industry partners.

• Manage the scope of the program by interpreting Statements of Work, aligning customer requests with contractual obligations, and collaborating with Legal on any contract modifications.

• Lead the planning of the program, engage with customers, and conduct both internal and external reviews.

• Oversee the execution of milestones and manage risks while guiding and supervising technical leads.

• Identify opportunities to enhance execution, lower costs, and facilitate future program growth.

• Ensure timely delivery of customer milestones and maintain the schedule of the NGC program.

• Cultivate trusted relationships among government stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.

• Develop scalable internal program management practices applicable to future Program of Record contracts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong grasp of operational planning, defense acquisition, or large headquarters environments.

• Over 10 years of experience managing Government Programs of Record within the defense technology sector.

• Proven ability to influence without formal authority and effectively communicate across cross-functional teams, customers, and external partners.

• Demonstrated experience managing large government programs, encompassing schedules, contractual scope, stakeholder management, and risk management.

• Capacity to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and influence government stakeholders while maintaining customer relationships.

• Current active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret/SCI.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to locations such as Orlando, Florida, and Leavenworth, Kansas.

• Preferred: experience with defense software, SaaS, or systems integration programs.

• Preferred: experience supporting Army modernization or command and control initiatives.

• Preferred: experience in a startup or high-growth technology environment.

• Preferred: existing relationships within the DoD acquisition community.

• Preferred: experience managing multiple vendors as a prime contractor, Lead Systems Integrator, or in a similar program leadership role.
