Principal Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle for Clariti's most intricate customer deployments, spanning discovery and solution design to configuration, testing, training, and go-live, ensuring all stages align with established success criteria and customer expectations.

• Convert complex customer needs into practical, scalable configuration solutions; make informed product functionality trade-offs and effectively communicate the consequences of each option to customers and internal teams.

• Establish and maintain quality standards across all workstreams; perform comprehensive reviews of configuration, documentation, and test plans to identify and resolve issues prior to reaching the customer.

• Foresee implementation risks before they arise; quickly diagnose root causes when issues occur and drive resolution with precision to ensure minimal disruption for the customer.

• Manage implementation work plans, milestones, and customer-facing deliverables across multiple projects, maintaining transparency on priorities and proactively addressing blockers with the relevant project team members.

• Efficiently delegate tasks to intermediate implementation consultants to guarantee that functional work is balanced, aligned with team skill sets, and meets a cohesive quality standard for all deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in implementing enterprise software within a SaaS, professional services, or government technology setting.

• Proven history of independently managing and delivering complex, multi-workstream implementations from discovery to go-live with minimal supervision.

• Profound understanding of the entire implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration through testing, training, and post-launch support, along with the ability to tailor each phase to the customer's specific context.

• Direct experience working with government or public sector clients is strongly preferred.
