This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with the VP of HR for Sales and senior Commercial leaders to synchronize people strategies with business objectives, growth targets, and workforce requirements.
β’ Provide counsel to executive and senior leadership teams on talent management, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, and managing change.
β’ Assist in the strategy and implementation of HR initiatives for Sales and field-based commercial teams.
β’ Lead and facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and the identification of high-potential individuals.
β’ Advise leaders on organizational restructuring, operational model adjustments, productivity assessments, team effectiveness, and the adoption of change.
β’ Offer guidance on performance management, interpretation of policies, employee relations, investigations, and workplace-related issues.
β’ Utilize workforce analytics, talent metrics, and business data to pinpoint trends and propose actionable recommendations.
β’ Work in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence, People Operations, Legal, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders.
β’ Mentor leaders on effective communication, inclusive leadership, employee engagement, accountability, and team performance.
β’ Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of HR processes, tools, and practices within the Commercial organization.
β’ Extensive progressive experience in Human Resources, particularly in a senior HR Business Partner capacity within a corporate setting.
β’ Proven experience supporting Sales, Commercial, field-based, customer-facing, or revenue-generating teams.
β’ Experience collaborating with executive-level and senior leadership stakeholders.
β’ Strong commercial insight with the capability to link HR initiatives to quantifiable business outcomes.
β’ Experience operating within complex, matrixed organizations.
β’ Proficiency in organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, and performance management.
β’ Experience in managing organizational change, restructuring, change communication, stakeholder alignment, and planning for adoption.
β’ Strong judgment in employee relations, including workplace matters, policy implementation, investigations, and risk-aware decision-making.
β’ Skills in consulting, coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
β’ Analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in interpreting workforce data and identifying trends.
β’ Capacity to balance strategic influence with hands-on execution as a senior individual contributor.
β’ Excellent communication skills for effectively presenting complex information to senior leaders.
β’ Dedication to inclusive leadership and equitable, consistent employment processes.
β’ Preferred: experience in regulated or technical sectors; working with global or multinational teams; sales transformations; HR Centers of Excellence; HR systems and people analytics tools.
β’ An advanced degree or professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
