This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing business strategy via organization design, leadership, and talent development.
• Oversee organization design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with leaders to create scalable organizations with defined ownership and expedited decision-making processes.
• Mentor senior leaders during organizational transformations, leadership changes, performance challenges, and other significant business events.
• Offer a clear perspective on intricate organizational decisions and their associated trade-offs.
• Recognize emerging organizational risks and opportunities across leaders, teams, and the wider business landscape.
• Develop scalable methods to enhance leadership, team dynamics, and organizational growth.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Compensation, Employment Legal, HR Operations, and People leaders to implement cohesive People strategies.
• Elevate the standards for HR partnership and assist in the development of other HR Business Partners.
• Manage and interpret People programs, including Compensation, Legal, and Performance, providing authoritative guidance.
• Over 12 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP involvement in operational or complex settings.
• Extensive experience collaborating with senior business leaders in intricate, high-growth organizations.
• Proven track record in leading organization design, workforce planning, leadership development, and talent strategy initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to convert complex business challenges into actionable organizational solutions.
• Established ability to influence executive leaders through credibility, thoughtful challenges, and a well-defined perspective.
• Experience guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and change management.
• Capacity to foresee organizational challenges, identify patterns across the business, and proactively address issues.
• Strong executive presence and confidence in coaching leaders, challenging established norms, and influencing business decisions.
• Proven history of developing scalable strategies that enhance organizational operations.
• Ability to transition between long-term strategic planning and hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions for any employer.
• Must not require current or future immigration sponsorship from Hims & Hers to work in the U.S.
