This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage top talent from around the globe for our clients.

• Employ a variety of advanced sourcing methods to locate passive candidates, including LinkedIn and innovative sourcing strategies.

• Collaborate with one client at a time to become fully integrated into their culture, both socially and professionally.

• Work alongside key stakeholders to help them recognize the importance of effective talent practices.

• Your primary focus will be on recruiting exceptional individuals in non-technical fields.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of recruitment experience in go-to-market roles within a dynamic environment, including expertise in filling specialized positions.

• Ideally, at least 1 year of in-house recruitment experience.

• Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency in Boolean search techniques.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• You maintain a professional demeanor when communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
