This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Take charge of Paid Growth & Acquisition initiatives
• Enhance alignment between SDR and Pipeline
• Foster Inbound Growth through SEO, Website enhancements, and Lifecycle strategies
• Manage Funnel Visibility, Attribution, and Experimentation efforts
• Develop Growth Systems, Automation processes, and leverage AI
• Elevate Technical Skills Across the Marketing team
• Demonstrated experience in owning and scaling paid acquisition within a B2B SaaS context
• Proven history of enhancing funnel performance, attribution, and conversion rates
• Experience collaborating closely with SDR teams and generating pipeline programs
• Skilled in operationalizing intent data, enrichment, and signal-based workflows
• Experience in building or refining lifecycle marketing and onboarding pathways
• Familiarity with or experience in implementing marketing attribution and analytics tools
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern marketing, data, and automation tools
• Experience utilizing automation and AI in marketing or go-to-market workflows
• Strong analytical approach with the capability to translate data into actionable plans
• Ability to think strategically while remaining engaged in hands-on execution
• Comfortable working across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps functions
