Principal Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and implement innovative and efficient solutions for Finance, Operations, and Integrated Supply Chain functions.

• Oversee and resolve issues with weekly scheduled production ETL processes.

• Organize and lead SME group meetings to cultivate partnerships with end-user communities.

• Relay process and product modifications to business process teams and end users.

• Document and prioritize enhancement requests from business partners regarding services and products.

• Perform ad hoc research, troubleshoot issues, and provide ticket support for the user community.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and business process teams to develop and enhance quick-turn, high-value applications.

• Create tools that support estimates to complete, manufacturing data analysis, earned value, and integrated supply chain management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant work experience.

• At least 4 years of development experience in creating software for client/server and/or web applications.

• Minimum of 4 years of business experience developing solutions for Finance, Operations, or Integrated Supply Chain functions.

• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to effectively multitask in a fast-paced work environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Commitment to supporting all team members and understanding the needs of the user community and business partners.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Preferred: working knowledge of SAP, including ERP, Finance, Business Warehouse, or S/4HANA.

• Preferred: familiarity with Manufacturing and Finance Operations in defense contracting, particularly labor and material processes and data points.

• Preferred: at least 2 years of development experience in C#, .NET, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, or similar languages.

• Preferred: relational database experience, including SQL development and SQL Server Integration Services or Snowflake.

• Preferred: 4+ years of experience providing services to and directly interfacing with business partners/end users.

• Preferred: at least 2 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation, specifically in Blue Prism.

• Preferred: Earned Value (EVMS) certification and experience with MS Excel Power Query or Power BI.
